🌿 Booking Policy
🔹 Payment & Confirmation: Full payment is required at booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details.
🔹 Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session via your confirmation email or by contacting me.
🔹 Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited without refund.
🔹 Email-Based Readings: Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery unless otherwise noted.
🌿 Cancellation & Refund Policy
🔹 Cancellations (48+ hours in advance): Eligible to re-book at a future date or full refund.
🔹 Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.
🔹 Refunds: No refunds on completed services. If there’s an issue, please reach out to discuss.
🌿 Waitlist Policy
🔹 If a service is fully booked, you can request to be added to the Waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified in order of request.
🔹 If you don’t confirm within 12 hours, the spot will go to the next person on the list.
🔹 The Sanctuary members may receive priority access to limited sessions.
