No. You can browse The Verdant Path without an account. However, an account is required to book services, purchase courses, and access membership features.
Do I need an Account to access the site?
Click on the 'Log In' button at the top of the page and follow the prompts to sign up. If you're enrolling in a course or becoming a member, you'll be prompted to create an account during checkout.
How do I create an account?
Click 'Log In' at the top of the page, then select 'Forgot Password?' Follow the instructions to reset your password.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Log into your account, go to 'My Account' and update your details in the profile settings.
How do I update my account details (email, password, etc.)?
Certain readings require a date of birth to complete. Some even require a time of birth. These readings cannot be completed without this information. I also have this crazy thing that I like to do, like pass out totally random free Birthday goodies to some of my most dedicated members!

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the US & abroad. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What are your Shipping Options?
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Readings or handcrafted items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.
How Long does it take to process and order?
Yes, to some locations. Please check at checkout if your country is available. If it isn't, let me know and we will consider adding it on our next update.
Do you offer international shipping?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
How do I track my order?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please check your tracking details first. If you believe your package is lost, contact us for assistance.

We’re sorry to hear that! Please Contact Us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged item, packaging and order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
You can book a service directly through our Sacred Guidance page. Click on the service you’re interested in, select a time (if applicable), and complete the checkout process.
How do I book a service?
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! Sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance to allow time for preparation. Readings will be delivered via email 7-14 days from the date you booked. Check the booking calendar for availability.
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel your session by logging into your account and going to My Bookings. Please review our Booking & Cancellation Policy for full details. (Located on each service page.)
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
No-shows may forfeit their session without a refund. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.
What happens if I miss my session?
All readings (Tarot, Numerology, Soul Path Insights, The Path Ahead) are delivered via email in PDF format. You will receive your personalized reading within 7-14 days after booking.
How do I receive my reading?
If you have any follow-up questions after a coaching session or reading, feel free to email us within 3 days for a brief clarification. For deeper insights, we recommend booking a follow-up session.
What if I have questions after my session?

How do I access my membership perks?
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Are membership fees refundable?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your My Subscriptions page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will lose access to all member-exclusive content and perks.

How do I get support for membership issues?

The Verdant Path offers a selection of self-care essentials, spiritual tools, books, artwork, other creative works and digital downloads. Each product is created with intention to support sensitive souls on their journey. Our selection is always changing and growing as we change and grow.
What types of products do you offer?
Simply browse our Sacred Offerings page, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email after completing your purchase.
How do I purchase an item from the shop?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product. You can also find it under My Account → My Purchases if you created an account before checkout.
How do I access my digital downloads?
No, once you purchase a digital product, you have lifetime access to download it.
Do digital downloads expire?
We accept returns on unopened and unused physical products (other than skin care products) within 3 days of receiving purchase. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
What is your return policy for physical products?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Can I return a digital product?
First, check that your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, try opening the file on a different device or browser. If you still have trouble, contact us for assistance.
My digital file won’t open or download. What should I do?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, they are a planned role out for our next update so please do check back! If available, they can be purchased in the Gift Cards section of our store.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout before completing your purchase. Some exclusions may apply.
Can I use a discount code on my purchase?
